on being selected to attend the Mid-Am goalie camp at Kent State University from June 13 - 17, 2010. As Director of the camp I look forward to working with you.
This week should be an enjoyable, learning experience for you.

letter will provide you with information regarding:

PERMISSION AND MEDICAL FORM:
This

REGISTRATION:
You
will register on Sunday June 13th between 2:30pm – 4:00pm in the lobby of the Ice Arena. (See enclosed directions)
HOUSING AND MEALS:
You
will be housed in a dormitory across the street from the Ice Arena. The program
will provide your bed linens, blankets, pillow. You will provide your own towels
and toiletries. Because the dormitory is air conditioned, it is important to
have warm night clothes.. A sleeping bag is an alternative if you wish your own
bedding.. Do not bring any large appliances with you such as a refrigerator,
televisions or stereo. Do not bring your
roller blades with you. You will not be permitted to roller blade while
at the camp. You will need to bring a bathing suit with you and a pair of all
court sneakers. Athletic shoes must be worn at all times for activity safety. Cameras
are welcome but are not allowed in the locker rooms at any times.
Cell Phone are not permitted to be used during the camp except
evening family 1 hr call time. The phones will be kept in Coach Yevet’
s room. If you must bring the, please make sure your charger and phone are labeled. All staff have phones for access. Please

Because this is a USA Hockey sponsored camp, you will be assigned
a roommate randomly.
Meals are included in the price of the camp.
CAMP RULES:
The
purpose of the camp is to develop your skills as a hockey player, not to run a baby sitting service. The director of the camp reserves the right to send anyone home who is a disruption to the camp. A complete list of rules will be handed out at the start of camp.
An
important thing for you to understand before attending is that you will be with your assigned group at all times. At no time are you permitted to wander around campus on your own
RECREATION
CENTER:
A
couple of years ago, the University opened a new $25 million dollar recreation center which is less than a five minute walk
from the Ice Arena. Included in the cost of the camp is access to the game room and swimming pool of this new facility. There
are going to be several other activities that you can sign up for at an additional cost. One of these activities will be use
of the 35 foot climbing wall. The cost of the climbing wall is $4 per climb.
Enclosed is the climbing wall form which needs to be filled out and returned if you want to climb the wall during camp.

The camp will end on ThursdayJune
17th at the completion of
the second ice session. See attached daily schedule.
