Sarah was a firey red headed defensewoman who
played the game with passion and a love that was unending. She lost her valient battle with leukemia at the age of 18.
We all play in the memory of Sarah.

May we play with the love of the game she had, with the sheer joy of playing that
was hers.

May we play with all the intensity and skill that we can muster, as she did each
time she set skate on the ice.

May we play the games aggessively and cleanly, all the while remembering "It
is just a game", so that the oppossing teams on the ice will remember that we are all friends with a common interest, on and
off the ice.
