WELCOME TO TIM HORTON TIMBIT MINOR HOCKEY FOR GIRLS AND BOYS AGES 4-10.
HERE IS SOME VALUABLE INFORMATION TO HELP MAKE YOUR START IN HOCKEY AN EASY AND FUN EXPERIENCE.

SKATING AT AN OTTERS GAME
Each
team will be skating at an Otters intermission. The following is the proceedure for participation:

Inform your team rep or Al of the numbr of guest tickets your player will need by the Monday prior to the game that
you will skate at.. Tickets are $8.50 each. Playres will be free.

The player with 1 parent must be at the lower CIVIC CENTER door (by the Otter Office) 1/2 hr prior to the game start.
There will be a locker room for the team to dress in. Make sure you have full equipment

Tickets ordered and for the player will be available at this door but guests must go to the upper lobby with their
tickets to enter the arena.

The Otters only accept cash, so please have correct change.
HELP THE PROGRAM THROUGH SELLING 50/50 AT THE OTTER GAME
Erie Otters 50-50
Procedure
Thank you for partnering
with the Erie Otters Game Night 50/50 Raffle. Below you fill find the simple
steps of executing the raffle at your selected Erie Otters game(s). These simple steps will help maximize the tickets sales
and raise funds for your team or organization.
- Identify the Leader of your group (i.e. Team Manager, Coach, or Parent Rep). Provide this name to the Erie Otters Office.
- Select members of your group or team to sell 50/50 tickets at your game(s). We suggest a minimum of four to six individuals (two per sales area) for the Front Lobby, North Side and
South Side (Sellers hereafter). Make arrangements with Sellers to meet the Leader
between 5:30 and 5:45 PM in the Lower
Lobby / Media Entrance Door of the Tullio Arena.
- Leader should check-in with Jaime Cieszynski at the Erie Otters Office
between 5:30-5:45 for your 50/50 Sales Packet.
Packet will include:
- Three Money Bags (one per sales area) with $50.00 Start-up money per envelope ($150.00 total).
- 50/50 Sales Reconciliation Form
- Ticket Stock *
- Leader meets with Sellers to identify their respective sales areas, disburse start-up money and ticket
stock.
- Doors open at 6:00 PM for a 7:00
PM start or 3:00 PM for 4:00 PM
start. Sellers should be in place and ready to sell when the doors open.
- Sale times are the one hour from the time the doors open
until the start of the game and both intermissions.
- Cost is $5.00 for an arm’s length of tickets.
- Buyers receives the “Keep this Ticket” portion and the Seller retains the “Ticket”
portion. The “Ticket” portions go into the sales drum.
- At the end of the 2nd intermission, Leader should collect all money from the Sellers and take
all items (money including start-up, reconciliation form and ticket drum) to Nick Cacchione or other designated Otters Representative
at the Fan Assistance Center (located next to Section 10).
- Cash Procedure:
- Count all cash.
- Deduct $150 start-up money.
- Divide remaining cash by two. Winner receives one-half and
remaining half goes to the Erie Otters.
- Otters Representative keeps envelopes and Start-up money.
- Leader or designee pulls winning ticket and gives the ticket to the Otters Representative.
- Winning number is announced and is told to report to the Fan
Assistance Center to claim prize.
